This Policy describes how Ulqenor Desarrollos S.A.S. (“Ulqenor”, “we”) processes personal data received through ulqenor.com. It was drafted in 2026 and is governed by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the complementary rules of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data we collect
We only request the minimum data needed to reply to your enquiries: name, email address and the message you decide to leave in the contact form. We also collect aggregated technical information (device type, language, pages visited) through analytics tools, always subject to your consent.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: (i) reply to your enquiry; (ii) improve the site based on aggregated metrics; (iii) send you information related to the real estate crowdlending model only if you request it. We do not sell databases or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free and informed consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to privacidad@ulqenor.com.
4. Retention
Contact-form messages are kept for up to twenty-four (24) months to maintain the conversation. Aggregated analytics data is retained for a maximum of fourteen (14) months.
5. Providers and transfers
We work with infrastructure, transactional email and analytics providers who act as data processors and are contractually bound to confidentiality. We do not transfer personal data outside Argentina except to providers offering adequate protection levels.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@ulqenor.com. The AAIP, as the Enforcement Authority, is competent to handle complaints.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit, role-based access control and periodic audits. No system is infallible; in case of a relevant incident we notify the affected people and the AAIP within the legal timeframes.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this document to reflect regulatory changes or platform improvements. We will publish the date of the new version and, when appropriate, notify you through our usual channels.
